- Do I need to register?
You only need to register if you are making a purchase. By registering you are creating an account that you can access using your email address and a password you have created. Only you will have this information. Signing up for our mailing list does not mean that you are registered with us.
- How do I register?
Simply click on the “my account” link and it will walk you through the process. You must register with us if you have never purchased from us before. If you have already placed items in your shopping cart, simply click on “check out” and you will automatically be directed to our register page.
- How do I retrieve my forgotten password?
You can retrieve your forgotten password by clicking on “my account”. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, Paulyesther.com will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting "my account" once you log-in successfully. Please note that passwords are case sensitive and must include at least one number or punctuation character.
- How do I change my password?
You may change your password by logging into your account and clicking on “my account”. Then click on “account information”. Next, click on the “change password” link and you will be able to enter a new password. Please note that passwords are case sensitive and must include at least one number or punctuation character. Once you have chosen a new password, click the “submit” button.
- How do I change my account profile information?
To make changes to your account profile, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.), log into your account and click on “account information”. After you have made the necessary changes, scroll down and click on the “submit” button to save the changes made on your account.
- How do I shop online?
Select the color and size you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, checking out is easy. You may view the items in your cart by clicking “view cart” located on the top right corner. You may also checkout by clicking on the “checkout” button.
Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number in the number of items field, and then by clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
To remove an item in your cart, simply click on the “remove” link next to the item. You can also save to your wish list for easy access to purchase at a later time, or you can send copies of your wish list to others making it easy for them to shop for you. You must be logged in to use the wish list feature. Please note that placing an item in your wish list does not reserve the item for you. In other words, it does not ensure later availability.
Once you are ready to checkout, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. If you are not already registered with us, you will need to click on “register” to sign up for a new account. If you have already registered with us, simply sign in using your email address and password.

- Credit Card Safety
At Paulyesther.com our aim is to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience. When you place an order online with us, your personal information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard. To check if your connection is secure, view the lower corner of your browser window as you place your order. - Finding an Item
If you have a particular garment or style in mind, our search function can help you find it. Simply enter a key word, style or SKU number in the search box and click “enter” button.
- Item availability
Though we make every effort to keep up with the demand of our products, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we happen to be out of an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected on your order total and your shipping confirmation.
- How do your sizes run and how will I know what size to purchase?
We have a sizing chart to help you determine your size when ordering through Paulyesther.com. Cut and fit will vary between different brands. You may also contact our customer service via email or phone if you need assistance selecting the proper size.

- Which credit cards do you accept?

- Do you charge sales tax to out of state orders?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Paulyesther.com has a physical presence. Currently, this is only in California.
- How do I check my order status/track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. In addition, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may also check your order status at anytime by logging in to your account using the “my account” link. Once you are logged in, click on “order history” to view your order information. From here, you can also view your past orders with Paulyesther.com.
- Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Once you have placed an order, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Please make any changes to your order prior to completing the checkout process.
- Order Information
Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 1:00pm PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will be shipped out within 48 hours pending merchandise availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will begin processing on the next business day and will be shipped out within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

- International Shipping costs, methods, and disclosure
International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package and its destination. To determine the cost of shipping, proceed to checkout where you will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before submitting your order. You may cancel or proceed with your order from this page.
* UPS Worldwide Saver – UPS and Paulyesther.com provide customs-cleared delivery to more then 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 2-3 business days after leaving Paulyesther.com.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes on your order, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over nor can we predict the customs clearance charges you may accrue. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Paulyesther.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

- Are there any shipping restrictions?
We only use UPS for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.
- Do you offer any gift box or gift wrapping services?
This service is unavailable at this time, but we are working at making this service possible in the near future.
- Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, you may purchase gift certificates online. Simply add it to you cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. We offer gift certificates in predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. Gift certificates are delivered using UPS.
- How do I redeem my gift certificate?
First, you must be registered on our site to make a purchase using your gift certificate. (See “how do I register”). At the checkout screen, you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the “Redeem your gift certificate” field. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate amount exceeds your total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.
- What is your return policy?
Returns and/or exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of the date order was shipped out from Paulyesther.com provided that the items HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED and ALL tags must still be attached. Customers MUST contact Paulyesther.com via email or phone and obtain a RETURN NUMBER prior to sending us the return.
* Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice with the return number we give you and include it with your package.
* PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event that we send you merchandise not in compliance with your order such as wrong style, color, or size (size OTHER then what you ordered) or if the item was shipped damaged, you MUST contact us via email or phone and we will gladly provide you with a return label via email using UPS electronic return label services. 14 day policy still applies.
